CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling 30 days prior to the Congress will involve a 20% penalty. Cancellations after this term of notice will not be refundable in any case.

All cancellation notices must be addressed in writing to the Technical Secretariat:

Refunds will be credited only to the person/entity who paid for the original registration.

In the event of changes in the name of the person attending, we will only accept members of the same Health Institution. Changes will be charged with an added processing fee of 75€.

In accordance with current regulations on consumer rights and retail management, the attendee, whenever considered a consumer, will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal since the supply of services related to leisure activities are not applicable to the norm.
